Modi marvels on progress of South Korea; speaks on India’s 3 Ds

Modi also expressed his admiration for the global brands in the field of information technology

Speaking on South Korea, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wondered how country size of Gujarat could make such a stupendous progress.

He noted that trade between India and South Korea has for the first time reached 20 billion us dollar figure.

Prime Minister Modi was addressing the India-Korea Business Summit in New Delhi when he made these comments.

He also said that he “admires the spirit of entrepreneurship of the Korean people”.

Modi also expressed his admiration for the global brands in the field of information technology and electronics as well as in automobile and steel sectors.

He also said that South Korean companies are appreciated for their innovation and strong manufacturing capability.

Speaking on the Indian economy,

he said that country has all three factors-Democracy, Demography and Demand- of the economy.

PM Modi added that the relations between India and South Korea dates back centuries.
