Spirituality is pure truth. It is life force. It is the energy which propels this body mechanism as it is tuned. So keep yourself fit, mentally and physically, so that energy within can work right in you.
Spirituality is the force which puts you on the path of evolution and merging with Supreme Consciousness. But if your mind is tuned to the worldly ways or your physical health is bad, you won’t.
When questions such as what is happening to me, what is truth, why do I have to go through life’s situations hit you and you try to seek answers with your own effort and experience this puts you on path of spiritual growth. Arjun, for example, had questions that is why Krishna led him to the Gita.
‘Why am I here?’ when you want to know the unknown system that voice inside will lead you to spirituality.
Spirituality is about being spiritual living life with the right ‘spirit.’
Philosophy is a medium to convey gyan, but whose gyan, what gyan? Gyan of living life in the right spirit that spirit is spritely, joyful, daily new, enhancing others, spreading joy, propelling towards righteous way of living. In intellectualization, and philosophizing, usually people drift away from the joy that Supreme gyan spreads.
Take mango for instance. Merely defining it or reading about it will not help you enjoy its taste, and dissecting it without relishing its taste is meaningless. You cannot know a mango by merely giving commentaries on it or dissecting it.
To make others realise and experience THAT Supreme joy and bliss, one has to be an example of that.
Who are you explaining, describing which you cannot reflect through your being? What are you teaching? Why is it not joyful? Because you are not THAT. You are only using the words, knowledge. But when you live it, become embodiment of that knowledge then it oozes out of your system. Your words will carry the force of truth that are full of true knowledge and are accepted like the Gita and taken like a statement of truth by all.
True spirituality does not negate nature or nature’s colours.
If someone is into morals, acquired knowledge, philosophizing, want to make yourself peaceful, find some answers, some blessings to be out of disease, to be successful in life as most people want there are many gurus and swamis ready to give you the injection of peace and aashirwad and a little positivity, but that is not the path of true spirituality, it might lead towards religiosity.>
