2nd ODI: India beat West Indies by 105 runs

India won the the second Cricket One-Day International match against the West Indies by 105 runs at Port of Spain last night. Set to score 311 runs for a win, the hosts could manage only 205 for 6 in the stipulated overs.

Earlier, sent in to bat, India made 310 for 5 in a match that was reduced to 43 overs a side, due to rain.

Opener Ajinkya was the top scorer with 103 off 104 balls, which was his third ODI hundred. The other notable scorers were, Virat Kohli who made 87 in 66 balls, and Shikhar Dhawan who was out for 63.

India is 1-0 up in the five-match ODI series. The first One-dayer was washed out due to persistent rains. The third match will be played on Friday at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. The match will start at 6.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time.

A bilingual live commentary of the match will be broadcast by All India Radio. It can be heard on Rajdhani Channel, FM Gold and other channels from 1800 hours onwards.
