ADG Langkumer cleared for deputation to Nagaland

comes after the Home Secretary of Chhattisgarh BVR Subramanian was relieved to be assigned crucial post in Jammu and Kashmir.

In yet another major news for the bureaucratic circle of Chhattisgarh, the Additional Director General (Rail) TJ Langkumer has been approved for inter-state deputation to Nagaland.

It is said that he might be assigned the post of Director General of Police in that north eastern state.

This comes after the Home Secretary of Chhattisgarh BVR Subramanian was relieved to be assigned crucial post in Jammu and Kashmir.

A 1991 batch officer, Langkumer has served as IG Surguja and other crucial assignments.

He is said to be posted now with the Police Head Quarter and was looking to get shifted to Nagaland cadre.

It is in this context that the Government of India has green flagged his deputation.
