After BJP’s charge on Cambridge Analytica, Cong chief hits back

British firm is now under fire for illegally harvesting personal data and using it to influence election

Facing sudden allegations from BJP that Congress had links to the Cambridge Analytica firm, the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi said that this may be attempt on the part of government to divert attention from the death of 39 Indians in Iraq.

It need be mentioned that the government Minister Ravishankar Prasad had alleged that Congress had roped in political consultancy Cambridge Analytica (CA) for 2019 Lok Sabha election.

The British firm is now under fire for illegally harvesting personal data and using it to influence election.

Thus Gandhi shot back with another allegation, where in he said that government wants to change the narrative on the issue of 39 dead Indians in Iraq.
