Aishwarya Rai Bachchan asked Fanne Khan director to replace a song in the film. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who will be seen next in the film Fanne Khan asked the film’s directors to replace a song from the film as she was uncomfortable with its lyrics and the way it was being shot. The movie will be releasing on August 3 and also stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been busy with her next movie Fanne Khan, which also stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao. The film is in its final stage of shooting and only one song is left to be shot.
Aishwarya who was set to feature in this song was uncomfortable with the song’s lyrics and asked for them to be edited. The said song’s shoot went on floors a couple of days ago at Mumbai’s Filmistan studio. Aishwarya is reportedly going be featured in this item number.
According to a report , after hearing the lyrics of the song, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress asked them to replace the song with another decent number to which the director agreed. A source told , “The earlier song had raunchy lyrics. Aishwarya didn’t appreciate that and asked the Director and the producer to replace the song. The song was on the lines of ‘Fevicol Se’ and Aishwarya was uncomfortable to dance on it. The makers of the movie, immediately obliged and a new song was taken in the film.
The new song’s lyrics are somewhat like – Halka Halka Sa Khumar Hai,”The source further added that the actress was not happy with the way the song was being shot saying, “The choreographer and the director aren’t on the same page and the two days shoot of the song didn’t come out well. Aishwarya too wasn’t happy with it and finally expressed her displeasure on it. With the leading lady being upset, the makers weren’t left with much of a choice. They have now decided to do some rehearsals and then shoot for it again in a day or two.”
The movie will be releasing on August 3 and is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Aishwarya will also be seen in the remake of the classic Raat Aur Din and will be essaying the role which was played by Nargis Dutt in the original.
