As phone tapping scandal continues to unravel in Chhattisgarh, the state Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel assured that no illegal phone tapping will be allowed in the new administration.
CM Bhupesh Baghel was speaking in a students’ meet in Science College auditorium.
Speaking on the issue, he pointed to state administration officers and said that they often used to converse on internet call and avoid telephone calls in the earlier regime.
Incidentally, even former Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand was present on the occasion.
Former BJP leader Nanki Ram Kanwar too was present in the meeting.
It need be recalled that certain officers of the state administration are being investigated for illegal phone tapping case and the probe is ongoing.
