Anticipatory bail petition of Dr Punit Gupta, Manturam Pawar rejected, after this happened

In a crucial decision on the Antagarh tapes related probe, the anticipatory bail petitions of Dr Punit Gupta,

also son-in-law of former CM Dr Raman Singh, and Manturam Pawar have been rejected.

The petition was heard in a local court.

It need be mentioned that the hearing had to be postponed on Wednesday but the two are now likely to approach High Court in the case.

The bail petition followed the FIR registered in Pandri police station in the Antagarh tapes probe case.

It need be mentioned that Dr Punit Gupta had earlier resigned from his post in Dr BR Ambedkar hospital and also submitted a month’s salary.
