Anugunj : Reberbations of the history by the monuments was the ultimate theme of CONFETTI 2017
Before the christmas holiday starts students from class 3 to 12th of Kaanger Valley Academy showcased their talents in the form of drama & dance as per the theme ANUGUNJ. Secretary of the organisation Shailendra Jain & Member Rakhi Jain told that this year the theme of CONFETTI 2017 is unique and we named it as ANUGUNJ , where monuments will speak of their life, it’s heritage and also about historic personalities history.
On this great occasion Rahul Dev, Sr. Journalist and Managing Trustee of Samyak Foundation was present as chief guest and chairman of the organisation Swaroopchand Jain, Lalita Jain, Sangita Jain & Sanjay Jain were present as Guest of Honour. Firstly the lamp was lighted up by Rahul Dev, Swaroopchand Jain, Shailendra Jain & Sanjay Jain.
Thereafter girls of Class 3 to 8 of KVA presented Shiv Vandana. Then a mesmerizing performance of boys & girls gave in the form of Roman Drama & Roman Dance where they showcased how the king of the Rome used to organise a fight on a special day between slave and tiger in the famous MP Theatre of Rome.
Thereafter a song on the theme ANUGUNJ sang by the students whose words were ” Pathar Bol Uthe Re… Jinda virasat kho rahi hai apni kahani, sanjhi virasat bol rahi hai apni jubani ” . After this unique performance student showcased how King Surya Verman made Angkorvat Vishnu Temple in Cambodia and also showcased how before King Surya Verman other kings died mysteriously while building the temple.
Audience present gave huge round of applause in the said performance. Then students performed how Shivaji built Pratapgarh Fort, his Gorilla war and when he was given title of CHATRAPATI how the marathi people welcomed him by performing traditional marathi dance. It was truly a eye catching performance by the students of Kaanger Valley Academy. Then pyramid drama, Egyptian dance etc were performed.
At the end of the cultural program Chief Guest Rahul Dev gave away prizes to the deserving achievers of the year. The entire cultural program was coordinated by Anuradha Sapre with the keen support of KVA Management, teachers, staff & students.>
