Bhupesh Baghel govt begins process of return of land in Lohandiguda, heres more

The government led by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has finally initiated process to return the land to eligible in Lohandiguda after Tata could not come up with a steel plant there.

The decision had been part of Congress manifesto and was one of the first decisions that the Bhupesh Baghel government took after taking over in Chhattisgarh.

The cabinet convened on December 25 of last year had decided on this issue.

Acting on the decision, the Revenue department issued a circular where in

process to return 1764.61 hectares of land to 1707 account holders across the ten villages of Lohandiguda tehsil.
