Chandrababu Naidu meets Anand Mahindra, other corporates; urges them to set up base in Andhra
In Davos to attend the World Economic Forum, Andhra Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu met and appealed Mahindra Group to set up a world-class industrial city in Andhra Pradesh.
It need be mentioned that the proposal came about when Mahindra Group chairman Anand Mahindra had unveiled his plan to set up an industrial city, the Chief Minister proposed that it may be set up in Andhra Pradesh.
The two met in Davos on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
The Chief Minister sought Mahindra’s support in the planning and construction of Amaravati and launching electric vehicles in the capital city. The Mahindra Group is currently successfully marketing Araku coffee in Paris.
Naidu also met the various other heads and representative of the major corporations and deliberated about setting up their company bases in Andhra Pradesh. >
