In a crucial cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, it was decided that state government would procure over 61K metric tonne of chana on rates prescribed by the central government’s agency.
The chana would be procured for disbursal through public distribution system in fair price shops for 2018-19 financial year.
