‘Chief Minister Helpline’, heres what it aims to do

A presentation on ‘Chief Minister Helpline’ was made before the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, here today.

The Helpline envisages single point contact for information, suggestions and grievances of the general public directly with Chief Minister’s Office.

It would also help in identification of demographic issues and improvement of areas, besides enhancing productivity and quick redressal of public grievances.

The Helpline would be centrally monitored and help in effective service delivery through measured parameters.

Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Shrikant Baldi, Principal Secretary, IT J.C. Sharma, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sanjay Kundu and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
