The committee instituted by Chhattisgarh Director General of Police DM Awasthi for welfare of police personnel as well as to resolve their different issues has finally submitted its report.
The committee headed by Deputy Inspector General Neha Champawat submitted its report to the DGP in Police Head Quarters today.
The committee had been instituted after the new government took over recently.
The committee went about collecting opinions and suggestions from police personnel in different districts as well from personnel of local armed police force units, training schools and other such relevant units.
The DIG (CID) Neha Champawat has also submitted her recommendations to the suggestions received from the police personnel in the final report.
On the occasion were also present DIG Sanjeev Shukla, SP Lal Ummed Singh, SP (SIB) D Ravishankar and ASP UBS Chouhan.
