Cong’s coalition with JD(S) and former CM Siddaramaiah

jibes have gone on to sour the relations between the two parties

Former Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah may have been successful in averting a BJP rule in the state but now appears disgruntled all the more.

This is being speculated by frequent jibes that he is aiming at incumbent CM H D Kumaraswamy.

The jibes have gone on to sour the relations between the two parties.

It is said even the Congress leaders are not all that happy on the Siddaramaiah’s jibes and have been hinting that he must actually move to make relations between the two parties smooth.

They are particularly not happy with his doubts on the longevity of the state government.

A senior JD(S) leader said Siddaramaiah could have raised the budget issue in a coordination committee meeting instead of going public about it.

A section of Congress and JD(S) MLAs also believe that the video clips emerging from the naturopathy centre in Belthangady, where Siddaramaiah is undergoing rejuvenation therapy are the handiwork of the former CM’s camp and is aimed at causing confusion.
