EC sets aside BJP plaint; against Anila Bhedia; vote to be counted now

allegation had even been dismissed by Anila Bhedia herself

The Election Commission has finally set aside the complaint of BJP legislator Shivratan Sharma against vote of Congress MLA Anila Bhedia.

The complaint was that Bhedia’s vote need be cancelled because she had made it public rather than making it known just to her party’s poll agent.

The allegation had even been dismissed by Anila Bhedia herself.

But the election commission finally decided to set aside the complaint and counted the vote of Anila Bhedia as a genuine one.

It need be mentioned that Congress is already in trouble because two of its other legislators, namely, RK Rai and Siyaram Kaushik have also refused to cast vote as part of protest.
