An email from an unknown person must have left the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal anxious, to say the least.
It need be mentioned that the email threatens to abduct Kejriwal’s daughter, who is well into her twenties.
After the Aam Aadmi Party leader lodged an official complaint, an investigation was launched.
Police is now looking to ascertain the identity of the person, who sent the email.
The cyber cell of the Delhi Police is investigating the matter, a police officer said.
Mr Kejriwal and his wife Sunita have two children Harshita, and younger son Pulkit.
Last November, in a major security lapse, a man had attacked the Chief Minister with chilli powder inside the Delhi Secretariat.
Arvind Kejriwal and his party are currently gearing up for the general elections expected to take place in the next few months.
