RLD Kairana Candidate Knocks EC’s Door
Tabassum Hasan, Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) candidate for Kairana Lok Sabha bypolls, has written to the Election Commission over faulty EVMs and VVPATs in around 175 polling booths across Shamli, Kairana and Noorpur.
In Punjab’s Shahkot Assembly bypoll, four VVPAT machines have been replaced during polling due to technical failure. One control unit and three VVPAT machines were earlier replaced during mock polls for the same.>
