In a major international development, the Pakistan’s deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif had to appear before an anti-corruption court.
The court was hearing graft cases against the former premiere.
Sharif made his first court appearance after getting bail last month in a major corruption case that wrecked his political career.
After a brief hearing, the court adjourned hearing of Al-Azizia and Hill Metal corruption case against Sharif till Wednesday, as per local media reports.
It need be recalled that a top Pakistani court last month suspended the jail sentences of Sharif, his daughter and son-in-law in the Avenfield corruption case.
The case is one of the three corruption cases the family is facing.
It was then that the trio was released from a jail following the court order.>
