Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on Sunday admitted to Delhi’s AIIMS after complaining about chest problem.
Singh is under observation at cardio-thoracic ward.
The veteran congress leader is under treatment of Dr.Nitish Naik,who is a professor of cardiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).He was admitted in the hospital at around 8.45 pm today.
Singh is a senior leader of the Congress party and is currently a Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from Rajasthan. He served as the 13th Prime Minister of India from 2004 to 2014,he is also the first prime minister since Jawaharlal Nehru to be re-elected after completing a full five-year term.
