Four Chhattisgarh Congress legislators join in protest, for this reason

protests are also joined in by over 500 of the local villagers.

The region of Bastar is on boil yet again amid the apprehension of privatization of Bailadila project.

The agitation now has the support from four of the sitting MLAs of the region.

The Congress MLAs Devati Karma, Deepak Baij, Lakheswar Baghel and Kawasi Lakhma have joined in the protests being carried out in front of the Collectorate.

The protests are also joined in by over 500 of the local villagers.

Congress is now leveling allegation on the state government that Bailadila project mine 13 has been given away to a private company.

The party is of the opinion that the government may go ahead and do the same with other mines as well.

The party feels it is just another way of privatizing the mines in the area.

The Congress party alleges that this step would lead to many youngsters getting unemployed and this will then promote the practice of outsourcing rather than emphasizing on the locals.
