In another scare for the frequent fliers, a GoAir aircraft was forced to return to Delhi.
The airliner is said to have developed engine problems midair.
The GoAir Flight G8 423, an Airbus 320 Neo airplane, was flying from Delhi to Hyderabad.
It was said that the flight had to return after its engines started vibrating strongly midair.
It was later that the aircraft returned to Delhi.
The affected Airbus A320 Neo was one that had Pratt & Whitney (P&W) engines.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had also issued instructions to airlines to ground such aircraft and rectify the issue.
GoAir confirmed that the flight developed a glitch and had to return midair. In a statement, GoAir said, “Flight G8 423 from Delhi to Hyderabad after being airborne returned to Delhi due to a suspected technical glitch.”>
