Govt. increases annual cashless treatment coverage

beneficiary family will pay Rs. 1000 (up to unit of five members)

The state government has increased the annual cashless treatment coverage to rupees five lakh per family for the beneficiaries of Mukhya Mantri State Health Care Scheme (MMSHCS)

and Himachal Pradesh Universal Health Protection Scheme (HPUPHPS) being implemented in the state.

A Spokesperson of the state government said here today that under HPUHPS, premium has been increased from Rs. 365 to Rs. 1000 per year/per family.

The beneficiary family will pay Rs. 1000 (up to unit of five members)

at the time of enrolment for getting cashless treatment benefits up to rupees five lakh per year.
