Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today visited Deesa in Banaskantha district and distributed relief materials to the flood affected people.
The Chief Minister will also visited Patan district of North Gujarat today and met the flood affected the people of Badarpura village of Radhanpur taluka. He is also scheduled to visit Nanapura village before review meeting with district officials of Patan.
As per information received, after the visit of flood affected villages, Chief Minster Rupani will held review meeting with district officials of Patan. Meanwhile, relief and rescue operations have gathered momentum following camping by Chief Minister in the worst affected districts.
10 Ministers and senior secretaries are also camping in Banaskantha along with Vijay Rupani.
Chief Minster has also ordered to pay Rs. 60 per day for 10 days as cash dolls and Rs.3 thousand as house hold assistance per family in the flood affected areas in next two days.
