Haryana Chief Minister to inaugurate airport this Independence Day

Civil Aviation Advisor Ashok Sangwan and Hisar Deputy Commissioner Ashok Kumar Meena have held a review meeting with the officers at the airport office

With the Independence Day close, the Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is all set to inaugurate the first licensed airport in state.

The inauguration will take place on August 15 at the hands of the CM Manohar Lal Khattar.

Earlier, it was said that the concerned officials carried out the inspection of the ongoing construction works in the airport.

The Civil Aviation Advisor Ashok Sangwan and Hisar Deputy Commissioner Ashok Kumar Meena have held a review meeting with the officers at the airport office.

They deliberated on the status of the electricity, water, communication services, fire fighting, police post and other facilities at the airport.

Preparations for the inauguration of the first licensed airport of the state are in full swing.

A team of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) would visit the airport on August 10 and conduct an inspection for two days.
