Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with DTTE which is Delhi government’s nodal body for providing technical manpower.
Under the MoU, Honda Two-Wheelers India will provide units of India’s largest selling two-wheeler,CB Shine & Activa India’s bestselling motorcycle.
Honda and DTTE will now collaborate to provide industry specific job oriented education to students of two Industrial Training Institutes in Delhi.
Honda is investing fully functional service workshops.
The benefit of this MoU is to empower young talent with industry relevant infrastructure and quality skills.
Industry needs to contribute in generating manpower to realize this growth With Honda’s MoU with DTTE, students can have more industry relevant skills and increase their employment chances in India.
Contributing to further boost the industry, Honda 2 Wheeler’s will be collaborating with more ITIs in India in the next financial year.
Honda has so far trained more than 2,500 technicians across India at its 5 existing Honda Technical Centers.
Completion of training Honda will also provide recruitment opportunities to candidates at Honda Two Wheeler’s India authorized dealerships.</>
