In less-than-15 minutes Apple iPhone goes out of stock

Apple’s anniversary edition Apple iPhone X went on pre-order on Amazon India website and Flipkart today at 12.30 PM. However, in less than 15 minutes Apple iPhone the smartphone went out of stock on both the websites.

Apple iPhone X’s price starts at Rs 89,000 in India. The smartphone comes with Super Retina edge-to-edge 5.8-inch display with 2436 x 1125 pixels resolution. This is the first ever iPhone to come with an OLED display with Dolby Vision and HDR10 support.

iPhone X flaunts an all glass body which the company claims is “the most durable glass ever in a smartphone in silver or space gray, while a highly polished, surgical-grade stainless steel band seamlessly wraps around and reinforces iPhone X. A seven-layer color process allows for precise color hues and opacity on the glass finish, and a reflective optical layer enhances the rich colors, making the design as elegant as it is durable, while maintaining water and dust resistance.”

The iPhone X comes with facial recognition-powered FaceID to iPhones. This FaceID replaces the finger-print based TouchIDs that made their debut in iPhones in 2013 with iPhone 5S. Apple claims that FaceID is powered by TrueDepth camera system on the front. The iPhone X also comes with new gesture language wherein users need to swipe up to go home.

The Apple iPhone X is powered by company’s A11 Bionic chip and runs iOS 11. It sports dual 12MP rear camera with dual optical image stabilization. There’s f/1.8 aperture on the wide-angle camera and an f/2.4 aperture on the telephoto camera. The smartphone comes in two storage variants — 64GB and 256GB.
