Indian High Commission trying to locate Indians after horrific New Zealand terror attack

Amid global outrage after terror attack in two New Zealand mosques that claimed 49 people and injured many, the Indian High Commission is trying to locate the missing Indians.

The Indian High Commission in New Zealand stated that it is in touch with local authorities to track seven Indians and two Indian-origin people, who have gone missing since the attack.

It need be mentioned that the horrifying Christchurch mosque terror attack killed 49 worshippers.

“We have been pursuing with New Zealand authorities whereabouts of 9 Indians, including 2 PIOs.

Two Indians are receiving treatment… Following up with the New Zealand government for others. Also, we are in regular touch with their families,” the Indian High Commission in New Zealand said on Twitter.

It need be mentioned that at least one person from Hyderabad is said to be injured in the grievous attack of its kind.
