Oppo has become India’s number one and most trusted smartphone brand. In a recent survey, Oppo has been ranked first in Net Promoter Score. While OnePlus finished second and Huawei third in this survey. On the other hand, if you talk about India’s best selling smartphone brands like Xiaomi, Samsung, and Vivo, then according to this survey conducted by Numr Research, their ranking has dropped.
500 USERS TOOK PART IN THE SURVEY
In this survey, 500 users aged 25 to 60 took part. They base the ranking given in the survey on the feedback given by these users about the companies. Net promoter score is determined based on the company’s loyalty and customer satisfaction. They ask users the same question in the survey to determine the score. The question is whether they will recommend a company to any of their friends, family members or colleges? In response, users have to rate the company or service on a scale of 0–10.
VIVO REMAINED BEHIND
A high NPS score shows that they completely satisfy the customer with the company or service and they have no problem recommending it to anyone. While Oppo, Huawei, and OnePlus were at the top three positions, Apple (NPS score 68), Xiaomi (NPS score 66), Lenovo (NPS score 64) and Samsung (NPS score 63) lagged the top three companies. In the survey, Vivo was the lowest with an NPS score of 25.
OVER 16 CRORE SMARTPHONES SOLD IN 2018
In the survey, 52 percent of people said that they are using a smartphone, while 42 percent said that they have two smartphones. There was also 5 percent of people who are using 3 smartphones simultaneously. The survey found one percent of users who have 4 or more smartphones. The company said that in the year 2018, 161 million (16 million 1 million) smartphones have been sold.
