Budget carrier IndiGo has now announced more connectivity as per company’s own statement.
The carrier has added many more destinations including that of Jorhat and Dhaka.
Under the UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik) scheme, IndiGo has now added Jorhat and Dhaka to its network.
The new services will start on August 1, 2018.
IndiGo has also announced the addition of 16 new flights to its network, the press release further added.
This will facilitate the customers willing to plan their travel to these new destinations.
Starting August 2018, the operator will operate its first daily flight between Bengaluru and Raipur.
Additionally, the airline will operate second daily flight between Kolkata-Nagpur, third daily flight between Bengaluru and Nagpur, and fourth daily flight between Bengaluru and Jaipur, and Bengaluru and Vizag respectively.
IndiGo has recently also introduced Tuticorin as its destination.
IndiGo currently has a fleet of 153 Airbus A320 and 6 ATR aircraft, as of March 31, 2018.
The airline offered 1,086 peak daily flights during the quarter and connected 42 domestic destinations and 8 international destinations, the press release said.
