Jaundice menace continues in Raipur; one more death takes toll to five so far

Even as the jaundice menace continues in capital Raipur, the affliction has now claimed two more lives.

As per reports, the jaundice menace is especially critical in Mova area of the capital and has people quite apprehensive due to it.

The reports received now indicates that 36-yr-old Prem Yadav, who had been undergoing treatment at the private hospital in capital Raipur, has died.

It is said that his death took place Thursday late night.

A newly married lady had also passed away due to jaundice affliction three days back.

This takes the total deaths in Raipur due to jaundice to five.

This is when the Raipur Municipal Corporation is boasting of having organized health camps from place to place where the affliction is found more prevalent in the people.

The latest round of deaths has only created furore in the masses against the administration for failing to curb the menace of jaundice.
