Kenneth I Juster, a top aide of US President Donald Trump, is set to become America’s new ambassador to India.
According to information received, 62-year old Juster is the Deputy Assistant to the US President for International Economic Affairs.
He will replace Richard Verma, if nominated and confirmed by the Senate. White House deputy spokesperson Lindsay E Walters said that Ken has a strong and positive relationship with everyone in the White House, including the President.
However, an official announcement has not been made yet. Mr Verma, the first Indian-American to head this position, put in his papers when Mr Trump replaced Barack Obama as the President of the United States.
