It is yet again a breather for the RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, who is in jail for conviction in fodder scam.
It is because the Jharkhand High Court today extended the provisional bail of former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav.
The extension is for another six weeks on medical grounds.
It need be recalled that the case pertains to illegal withdrawal of money from the Deogarh, Chaibasa and Dumka treasuries.
Prasad has been convicted in the multi-crore fodder scam cases.
He is at present undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital.>
