While the commercial capital Mumbai may be flooded, the state of Chhattisgarh or at least many parts of it are surely looking at grim scenario as the rain fall till now is deficit of 15 percent of the normal.
It is said that over a dozen of the 27 districts of Chhattisgarh have received less than normal rainfall.
While the situation now is concerning, it is expected that the scenario might soon improve a lot.
The Met department has forecast for good rainfall in the next three days.
So far the district that has received the maximum rainfall is Bijapur while Balrampur has not been receiving that much rainfall.
Among the other districts which have had less than normal rainfall so far includes Raigarh, Gariaband and Janjgir.>
