With dense fog affecting visibility near national capital and nearby states,
it emerged that as many as seven people died and four others were injured when a vehicle crashed into two SUVs on the Ambala-Chandigarh national highway.
The accident took place on Saturday itself, police said.
It was said that while two cars coming from Chandigarh were hit by another vehicl, the accident took place as there was heavy fog and limited visibility.
The local administration rushed in the injured people to nearby hospital.
All those who died in the accident were residents of Chandigarh.>
