Man lynched yet again, on cow smuggling suspicion

A day after the Parliament debated the scenario prevalent in the nation, a 28-year-old man was allegedly lynched by a group of people.

The man was lynched on suspicion that he was smuggling cows in Rajasthan’s Alwar district.

This was later confirmed by the police officials.

Police have said that one Akbar Khan, a resident of Kolgaon in Haryana, along with another man were taking two cows to their village through a forest area near Lalawandi village.

The village lies in the Alwar district.

It happened during last night when a group of people severely thrashed him.

It was later known that Khan’s family runs a dairy farm.

Sharma said the people suspected Khan was smuggling cows.

The victim’s body is kept at the Government Hospital in Alwar.

Police said that other man managed to escape.
