In Madhya Pradesh, the state government today issued notification for the judicial probe of the Mandsour violence. Retired Justice R K Jain will head the one member judicial commission.
It will probe under what circumstances five people were killed during farmers’ agitation in Pipliamandi of Mandsour district.
The commission will also probe whether the action taken by the administration and police to control the situation was adequate or not, and if force was not rightly used, who was responsible for that.
The commission will give its report within three months. It’s Headquarters will be at Indore.
