Minister lauds CM Kamal Nath for loan waiver scheme

Minister for Law and Legislative Affairs, Public Relations, Science and Technology, Aviation, Religious Trusts and Endowments and District In-Charge Minister Shri P.C. Sharma distributed Kisan Samman Patras and Loan Waiver certificates to the farmers in Itarsi.

He also honored the farmers on the occasion. Moreover, Shri Sharma presented pattas to 1400 tribal displaced from the Satpura Tiger Reserve.

Shri Sharma said that the loan waiver became possible owing to the skilled management of the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath. This is an achievement for our state that the Chief Minister has signed the order of the loan waiver of 55 lakh farmers first on the day of oath taking.

Now the farmers have also started receiving benefit of the scheme. The loan waiver will help in enhancing purchasing power of the farmers, boost business activities and will strengthen economy.

This will increase farmers’ income too. Shri Sharma further mentioned that certificates will be delivered at home by the public representatives and officers to those farmers, who have not received the certificates in the programme.

He told the district collector to ensure that patwari should rederess the grievances of the people by visiting village twice a week. Moreover, Shri Sharma gave instructions for repairing of the lining of Tawa dam’s canals.

Minister Shri Sharma said that the subsidy will be given by the government to those industries, which provide 70 percent employment to local youth.

This will facilitate employment to youth at local level. He said that the main cities of the state have been linked with air connectivity with the capital of the state for the convenience of the industrialists.

The Former Minister Shri Sartaj Singh said that the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath has made impossible work of loan waiver possible. The loan waiver of the farmers is a big achievement for the government despite being in debt of Rs. 2 lakh crore.

The Former Member of Parliament Shri Rameshwar Neekhra said that the Chief Minister believes in work only. He is the Chief Minister who always fulfills his promises.

The Former MLAs Smt. Savita Diwan Sharma, Shri Ambika Prasad Shukla, Shri Vijay Dubey Kaku Bhai also addressed the programme. Shri Kapil Foujdar, other public representatives and farmers in large number were present on the occasion.
