Mouni Roy turned 32; her career graph on an upwards trend

Even if it might be difficult to believe, the well known television star Mouni Roy turned 32 on Thursday. The actor made her debut with Ekta Kapoor’s hit daily soap opera Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in 2007.  The Bengali beauty, while growing up in Cooch Behar, West Bengal had millions of dreams in her deep-set eyes. While her friends may have poked fun at her unrealistic aspirations, Mouni through her sheer hard work and dedication is making each of it come true.She played lead character Smriti Irani’s adopted daughter, Krishna Tulsi. She then appeared on dance reality show Zara Nach Ke Dikha and daily soap Kasturi.

Her big break came with Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, in which she played Parvati opposite her rumoured real life boyfriend, Mohit Raina, who played Shiva. Mouni, however, became a household name with her role as Shivanya in Colors Naagin in 2015.
