MP: First dose of Covid-19 Vaccine Given to a Cleanliness Worker

Dr Shukla informed that the state is fully prepared for the vaccination programme.

In Madhya Pradesh, state immunisation and nodal covid vaccination officer Dr Santosh Shukla has said that the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be given to a cleanliness worker tomorrow as a mark of respect for services rendered by sanitation workers during the pandemic.

Dr Shukla informed that the state is fully prepared for the vaccination programme.

State immunisation and nodal covid vaccination officer of Madhya Pradesh Dr Santosh Shukla has informed that the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be given to a cleanliness worker in state on January 16 as a mark of respect for services rendered by sanitation workers during the covid pandemic.

While speaking to AIR, he said that more than 5 lakh vaccine doses have been received. JP hospital at Bhopal will be among two centres in Madhya Pradesh from where PM Narendra Modi will virtually interact with doctors and vaccinators regarding COVID-19 on vaccination day. State is prepared for vaccination on Jan 16.
