Mumbai: 6 flights from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport cancelled

The flights to other regions, however, continued to operate as per schedule.

Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) yesterday said as many as six flights, including three departures, were cancelled in view of cyclone Yaas in the Bay of Bengal.

The CSMIA said a statement that in light of the developments around Cyclone Yaas in the Bay of Bengal, the airport witnessed cancellation of flights between Mumbai to Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.

It added that approximately six flights, three arrivals and departures each, were cancelled.
