Naxals killed four villagers in Abujhmad area of Chhattisgarh

killing has not only exposed government on its tall claims but also cast spell of fear

Despite tall government claims that naxal problem is nearing its end, the red rebels have so far not held back in unleashing their menace.

In another such incident, the naxals are now known to have killed four of the vilagers in Abujhmad area of Narainpur district in Chhattisgarh state.

The killing came about, according to local security forces after the villagers were produced for trial in naxal court, also known as ‘jan adalat’.

The killing has not only exposed government on its tall claims but also cast spell of fear and supression amongst the residents of the area

In a similar incident, the red rebels also killed the brother of a constable in Jharawahi village of the area.

Narainpur Superintendent of Police has confirmed the incidents and have begun probe.

It is said that naxals produce locals for trial in their jan adalat usually when they suspect them of playing informer for the security forces.

The state government would have to do a lot more to command the area which seems currently to be dominated by the naxals.
