No casualty; after fire broke out in suburb Goregaon
No casualty was reported in yet another fire that broke out in a commercial complex in Mumbai suburb Goregaon on Saturday morning.
The fire started according to the reports around 8 am in the Cama Estate after which the local administration wa alerted to douse the fire.
The Kamala Mills tragedy that claimed 14 lives recently has put pressure on the administration to check the fire safety mechanisms of the buildings but still these incidents continue to be reported.
The fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and the firefighting operation was launched with the help of seven water tankers and eight fire engines, it was informed.
No casualty has been reported in the incident so far, the official said adding that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
