The helicopter saga has finally come full circle as the company from which it had been hired has also come out with its own version of the story.
The company, responding to the complaint filed with the Durg polic, claimed that it had made the helicopter available to the Payal Enterprises with clear conditions laid out.
The company claims that the other party failed to live up to its side of the bargain because of which the company withdrew its helicopter.
The aviation company by the name of Saar Aviation Services Pvt Ltd has asserted that it had provided a Bell-206B3 helicopter to the Payal Enterprises along with the crew members at the rate of Rs 50000 per hour plus service tax.
The company points out that the agency hiring needed to make available relevant charges apart from crew members’ salaries and cost of maintenance and fuel costs.
The aviation company now claims that the Payal Enterprises violated the agreement and thus it had summoned its helicopter back.>
