With the national focus on Ayodhya in wake of two gatherings for Ram Mandir issue, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi too waded into the issue.
But PM Modi took the opportunity to amass attacks on the rival Congress party.
He said that the Congress wanted to the court to postpone hearing of case for 2019 elections and also threatened the Chief Justice with impeachment.
The Ram Mandir issue, it be known, has caused quite a political stir across the northern India lately.
Right-wing group Vishwa Hindu Parishad and BJP ally Shiv Sena are holding parallel programmes in Ayodhya.
They are both demanding that government needs to hasten steps to pave way for construction of the Ram temple.
In Alwar, the Prime Minister accused the Congress of politicising the justice system.>
