Indian side retaliated to the Pak side in a befitting response

Pakistan resorted to ceasefire violations across the Line of Control in Sunerban sector in which two soldiers got martyrdom.

However the Indian side retaliated to the Pak side in a befitting response.

This comes on the heels of the another cross fire last month in which five members of a family were killed in heavy shelling by Pakistani forces.

The Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has asserted that India is ensuring a befitting reply to the Pakistani aggression.

The soldiers who attained martyrdom have been identified as rifleman Vinod Singh and rifleman Jaki Sharma.
It need be recalled that Pakistan violated ceasefire along the Line of Control and the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir 633 times in the first two months of this year.
