Pakistan hires former Chief Justice in Kulbhushan Jadhav case in ICJ

Pakistan has hired as ad-hoc judge former Chief Justice Tasaduq Hussain Jilani to counter the arguments of India in International Court of Justice in alleged spy Kulbhushan Jadhav case. The retired Indian Navy officer was captured by Pakistani forces from near Iran border in year 2016. He was tried in a military court where after he was sentenced for death. But India went ahead and appealed against the case in International Court of Justice in Hague. The ICJ had asked the Pakistan to submit its reply before December 2016.
