Pending CBSE board exam 2020 to be held in school: HRD Minister

The CBSE board exam 2020 for class 10, 12 had to be paused from March 25, 2020, as a precaution to the alarming situations in the country due to the spread of Covid-19. The pending exams for CBSE Class 10, 12 have been rescheduled to be conducted from July 1 to July 15.

Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, while talking to Doordarshan said that the pending CBSE Board exam 2020 for class 10 and 12 will be held in the students’ schools by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

The official also added, “Schools will be responsible for ensuring social distancing norms are followed and students will be required to carry their own sanitised bottles and cover their face with the mask,” also confirmed a CBSE board official said.”

Conducting exams in the student’s school will save them from travelling large distances to appear for the board exams. The rules of social distancing will be strictly followed in the schools that are to hold board exams for student and invigilators’ safety during the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exam 2020.
