Possibilities Why RRB Rejects the NTPC Application Form

Rejected applicants will also get their form status on their phone number that is registered.

On September 21, 2020, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will disclose the 2020 RRB NTPC application status. The status will be published on the official RRB’s website and the applicants will be told via the official website whether their NTPC initial application has been approved or rejected.

Applicants whose form is approved will be issued with an admission card in the month of December and will be authorized to apply for CBT 1, which is scheduled to start on or after 15 December 2020.

On the contrary, if an applicant’s RRB NTPC application status is rejected, they would not be given an admit card and will not be permitted to sit for the exam. Well, how does the RRB determine whether to accept or reject the application form? For any of the following reasons, Indian Railways could reject the RRB NTPC application form.

Wrong Signature Given:

It is also necessary to upload the right signature, just like the picture. The type is refused if the signature is in capital letters. If the signature picture is not clearly scanned, it will also result in the application form being refused.

The wrong Picture Uploaded:

If the submitted picture is not as stated in the brochure, the application form can be rejected (CEN 01/2019). Applicants who have posted black and white images, cap-and-goggle photos, small-size photographs, unrecognizable photos, party photographs, selfie photographs, smartphone photos, morphed photographs, etc., are extremely likely to be disqualified.

Wrong Date of Birth or Not Eligible as Per the Eligibility Criteria:

For RRB NTPC 2020, there is an age limit for applying. The RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria for the undergraduate posts is 18 to 30 years and for the graduate posts, 18 to 33 years. Hence, if the date of birth submitted by the applicants is inaccurate or, according to the post requested, ineligible, their initial application may be dismissed.

Multiple Applications:

When more than one application is filled, then the form is refused. Multiple applications mean sending the application form for the same kind of posts to various RRBs. In these situations, applicants will not only suffer the dismissal of the application form, but they may also be excluded from appearing in subsequent RRC/RRC examinations.

According to the official notification-
There is only one application necessary to be sent. In addition, applicants can only apply for one RRB. Applications for more than one RRB would result in rejection.

Required Educational Qualification:

If the applicants do not have the educational certification as required for the recruiting, then the form will be denied.

Exempted Applicants Submitting Applications:

If an applicant already has their name on the RRBs/RRCs in the exempted list, their application forms will be denied on the spot.

Railways Observe Any Kind of Irregularities:

For several other miscellaneous purposes, the RRB can also reject the application type. This could also contribute to the application form being canceled.

Application Form Left Incomplete:

If any substantial area of the form remains unfilled, the form is rejected. In all respects, the application form must be complete. You must submit the application and the payment must be verified successfully by the date of its submission.

It is indeed important to know the details of RRB NTPC Vacancies. Without detailed analysis, RRBs do not reject any application type. Any applicant refused will also be rejected with the status of the form. You must check the official pages of their websites and sign in with the registration number and the date of birth to verify your candidate’s application form status. The status of the rejected or approved application form will be displayed under the login. The explanation can also be seen by withdrawn candidates.

In addition, the applicant who is rejected will be informed that the application form is canceled under their corresponding contact number recorded with the RRBs.
