Punjab CM raises objections to Pak insistence on many conditions for Kartarpur corridor

In the ongoing deliberations for the opening of Kartarpur corridor project, Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh has expressed his disagreement on some of the key issues.

Raising such issues, Punjab CM said that India is insisting for at least 15,000 people to be allowed to go to visit the holy spot.

Capt Amarinder Singh also added that there need not be insistence on passports because the very idea of corridor is to not have passports.

There needs to be free access to the holy spot for the devotees, he said.
